This policy explains what information SK2 Consulting (“SK2,” “we,” “us”) collects through sk2consulting.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email contact@sk2consulting.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send us a note through the site, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company, and a description of your situation. If you book a call, the scheduling tool collects your name, email address, and any details you add to the booking. If you email us, we receive your message and contact information.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, approximate location (city or country level), device and browser type, and whether a note was sent through the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and arrange an intro call.
- To evaluate whether SK2 can help with your situation and, if you engage us, to deliver our services.
- To follow up occasionally about SK2 services that may be relevant to you. You can opt out at any time.
- To understand and improve how the site performs.
- To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the site and our business. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services:
- Google (Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Analytics) for email, storing notes sent through the site, scheduling, and site analytics.
- Netlify for hosting the website.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
Cookies and analytics choices
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across websites with Google’s browser add-on. The site works without analytics cookies.
How long we keep information
We keep contact details, notes sent through the site, and related correspondence for as long as they are useful for our business relationship with you, including following up about future services that may be relevant, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information or stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@sk2consulting.com, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, such as access controls, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@sk2consulting.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor requests as those laws require.
Children
This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
